The Black Freedom Fund is a fund made in response to the needs of international, local-led movements that demonstrate the value of people power in Black & Indigenous communities.

In 2023, the Black Freedom Fellowship invested community stipends into 2 community-led organizations based in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil and provided $3,500 in scholarships for artists-in-residence.

In 2021, the Black Freedom Fellowship raised funds and invested in work led by Ayitian movement workers like Grown in Haiti and individuals like Cloiselle Franklin - a single Ayitian woman working to support her family after the 2021 Earthquake in Ayiti.
